Just keep your order total above $49 and shipping is completely on us — free USPS Priority, 2–3 day delivery, done! For orders under $49 there’s a small shipping fee, but it’s nothing crazy. If you’re close to that $49 mark, it might be worth tossing in an extra bag to hit the threshold — just saying!

We use USPS for all of our shipments — it’s reliable, fast, and works great for us and our customers. In rare cases, if you really need UPS for some reason, shoot us an email and we can try to work something out. It’s a little more complicated on our end, but we’re open to it if it matters to you!

We stick with USPS Priority shipping for all orders because it’s consistently fast and reliable at 2–3 days. USPS does offer overnight options, but honestly they charge around $35 for it and even then it’s not always guaranteed to actually arrive overnight. If it’s after 12PM Mountain Time or a Sunday, your order ships first thing the next morning at 8AM Mountain Time. We never let orders sit around, we know waiting is the worst part and we want to get your tea to you as quickly as humanly possible.

We ship on Saturdays, absolutely! Sundays unfortunately we can’t, because USPS is closed and there’s nothing we can do about that one. But if you place an order on Sunday, it will be the very first thing we pack and ship Monday morning at 8AM Mountain Time — you won’t be waiting long.

Right now we only ship within the United States, and we’re sorry about that! We’re a small family business and we’ve been growing step by step — we actually started by only shipping locally in our state, and now we’ve expanded to the entire US. International shipping is something we’d love to offer one day, but for now it’s just too complicated for our little operation. We appreciate your understanding!

If your package is genuinely lost, we will reship it to you — period. That said, please keep in mind that a 1–2 day delay doesn’t necessarily mean it’s lost, sometimes USPS just runs a little behind. If things are looking off, let us know and we’ll call USPS directly to light a fire under them and get your package moving. We just can’t reship every time there’s a small delay because honestly we’d go bankrupt, but if it’s truly lost, we’ve got you covered 100%.
