THE FIRST FLIGHT — SIX TEAS, ONE PERFECT DAY
The whole Hive in miniature. Six loose leaf pouches take you from first light to lights-out: wake bold with our malty Breakfast Blend, settle into mid-morning with Dragon Well, the emperor’s green with its toasted-chestnut calm, and let a dark Roasted Oolong stand in for the afternoon coffee — all the roast, none of the jitters. When the day softens, a Flavoured White brings petals and orchard fruit; at golden hour, Yue Guang Bai — “Moonlight White,” borrowed from our Rare & Specialty shelf — pours its apricot-honey hush; and Chamomile closes the night, golden, gentle, and caffeine-free.
Every pouch is whole-leaf, generous enough for 40+ cups — and since the oolong, green, and whites happily re-steep, the box brews far more days than it promises. Whether it’s your first order, your search for a favorite, or a gift for someone you’d like to convert: this is the tour. The Hive, from sunrise to moonlight.
ABOUT 6*100g LOOSE LEAF Sample Pack
This box exists to answer the question every new tea drinker brings us: “where do I even start?” Our answer: everywhere at once. These six teas weren’t picked at random — together they map the whole territory of the Hive, from the boldest black to the gentlest blossom, from an everyday workhorse to a rarity borrowed from our treasure shelf, from full-caffeine mornings to a cup that has none at all. Somewhere in this box is your tea. The fun is finding out which.
The six, and how to meet them:
Breakfast Blend — malty, full-bodied, built for milk. Boiling water, 3–5 minutes. The dependable morning.
Dragon Tea — China’s celebrated green, flat jade leaves, toasted-chestnut sweetness. Cooler water, around 75–80°C, 2–3 minutes — never boiling.
Roasted&Dark — dark, charcoal-finished, notes of chocolate and warm stone. Full boil, short steeps, and it re-steeps generously. The coffee-drinker’s revelation.
Flavoured&Blended Whites — delicate white leaf dressed with petals and orchard fruit. About 80°C, 3–4 minutes, no milk needed.
Yue Guang Bai — “Moonlight White” — the box’s rarity, straight from our Rare & Specialty shelf: two-toned leaves, apricot-honey softness. Around 85°C, and worth slowing down for.
Chamomile&Calming — whole golden blossoms, honeyed and apple-soft. Boiling water, a patient 5–7 minutes, naturally caffeine-free. The closing cup.
Each pouch holds 100g of whole-leaf tea — and because the oolong, the green, and both whites re-steep two to five times, one box carries you through weeks of discovery. Taste them side by side, argue about favorites, keep notes on the pouches. And when one of the six wins you over — as one always does — its full-size pouch is waiting on the shelf. Consider this box your map; the Hive is the territory.

worth every cent
all six were fresh and now i know exactly what my next big order will be. worth every penny i probably shouldnt have spent.
silver_pine667
well thought out
The sampler shows the team actually thinks about what customers want. Not everyone wants to buy a huge bag of a tea they haven’t tasted yet

Clever way to shop
The sampler is honestly the smartest way to plan your tea orders long term. Brew six teas properly, work out which ones you love, then buy bigger bags of your favorites. All six loose leaf teas were fresh and clearly labeled. Packaging was sturdy and delivery came sooner than expected. Clever product, clever shop.

nice sampler, wish the bags were a touch bigger
all six teas were really good quality, fresh leaf, nicely packed. only thing is 100g goes fast when you’re brewing each one a few times to really get to know it. would love a bigger sampler option. the quality from this shop is obviously there across all six
nadia_bloom502
just get it
really. if you’re on the fence about this shop just grab the sample pack. low commitment, a bunch of different teas, great quality, fair price. worst case you try a few teas and pick a favorite. best case you end up a regular like the rest of us. there are jellybeans in the box. its just a fun time

lovely shop
I was nervous about getting into loose leaf tea for the first time and this sample pack was the perfect answer. Got to try an oolong, a sencha, a white peony, an Assam and a jasmine green, and every one was excellent quality. The leaves steep easily and none of them had any odd or stale taste. The team even emailed me back with suggestions on which teas to try based on what flavors I like. Shipping was really fast and everything was packed beautifully. Now I know exactly what I want to order more of. Great shop!

Cordelia V.
this shop really said taste before you buy
and honestly?? love that. the sampler is so well thought out. six teas, enough of each to really get to know it, all fresh, all generously filled. jellybeans were in the box and by now i think they’re basically part of the shop’s personality lol

just what I needed to find my favorites
I’d been curious about this shop for a while after seeing it recommended in a few places online. The sampler seemed like the natural place to start. Six different teas, nicely packaged, all fresh. Exactly what you need to work out what you like before placing a larger order

great for tea newbies
If you’re new to loose leaf tea and don’t know where to begin, the sampler from this shop is honestly the perfect choice. six teas give you a good range to explore and the 100g bags make it easy to brew each one several times. quality across all six was clearly good and the whole thing felt trustworthy from start to finish. got a discount too which helped
sarahturner203
reliably great quality
This sample pack is perfect!! 👏 I got to try a bunch of totally different loose leaf teas and found my new favorite. The leaves were reliably great quality and everything showed up fast. So much better than buying full bags and hoping for the best. Smart idea from this shop!

Best way to discover new teas!! I tried a Ceylon black, a sencha, a white peony, a jasmine green and a fruity herbal. Every single one was amazing quality. The loose leaf is fresh and consistent from bag to bag. So happy this shop offers a pack like this!
RosaHernandez
solid deal overall
Great variety pack! Every tea was fresh and full of flavor. Only complaint is I wish there was a bit more of each tea but still a solid deal overall.

hollow_creek88
the order that got me hooked on this shop
picked up the sample pack about six months back just to see what everyone was raving about. that one order turned into a regular big tea order every month. all six teas were really impressive for a sampler, the leaf felt just as good as what id expect from a full size bag.
emilywalker42
perfect if you're new to loose leaf
This is brilliant for someone new to loose leaf tea like me! Got to try several different teas and work out what I like without spending a fortune. Every one of them was good quality and shipping was quick to. Definitely ordering full bags of my favorites now!

Changed my mind about loose leaf
Really solid teas all around. Great customer service too. Overall no complaints at all. The white teas especially blew me away.
Carla
They helped me choose
Sent an email before ordering because I had no clue which teas to pick. Got a quick reply with really thoughtful suggestions. Every tea they pointed me toward was excellent. Getting that kind of help before spending a penny says a lot about how this shop works. Best customer service I’ve had from any tea seller.
Dani
start with the sample pack
Best value online if you’re just getting into loose leaf tea. If this shop is new to you, start here…You’ll be ordering full-size bags before the month is out. That’s what happened to me and to everyone I’ve sent their way
Iris
delivery was ridiculously fast
Ordered on tuesday, arrived thursday. Didn’t expect that at all for a sample pack. All six teas were great quality and nicely sealed. Fantastic first impression of the shop. Full-size bags are next on my list.

Best tea sampler, period
I’ve bought tea from probably eight or nine different shops online. Never before have I gotten a sample pack where every single tea was actually worth drinking. Six for six across the board here. The packaging was airtight, every pouch was sealed perfectly, and delivery was super quick. The team here does something most shops don’t bother with, which is genuinely caring about the tea. Skip your local store and just order this. You won’t go back.
Todd
Just go ahead and order
Spent weeks reading reviews before I placed an order. Turns out every one of them was right. This sample pack is the real thing, all six teas are excellent, and the supermarket tea aisle has lost me for good. Don’t overthink it like I did.
Gary B.
Great whether you're new or experienced
All six teas were lovely. Really helpful customer service too. no complaints at all. The silver needle white tea is something special. Love it
Bobby
six teas, five stars
Great tea at great prices…. Already placed a second order. Thank you!
Vera S.
Ideal for discovering your favorite tea
I’ve ordered tea online plenty of times but never from a shop quite like this one. The sample pack is a brilliant idea because you get six proper teas at a price that actually feels fair. Before this order I honestly didn’t know whether I preferred green, black or oolong. Now I know. Black teas are my thing and theirs are outstanding. The team was also really helpful when I emailed a question before buying. Highly recommend to anyone still working out what they like in a cup.
Leonard
Took a chance, glad I did
Best tea at the best prices around. I wasn’t sure about buying online but the sample pack seemed like a safe amount to try. All six were lovely. The team even checked in to make sure my order arrived ok. Really great shop.
Frances M.
Shared it with a friend
A friend and I split the sample pack so we could try six teas together. We ended up with totally different favorites which was fun. We both agreed the quality was excellent across the board though. Each of us has since placed our own full order. One sample pack, two new regular customers
Roberta
Four stars from me
Five of the six teas in the pack were excellent. The last one just wasn’t to my taste, nothing wrong with the leaf itself. Everything else was great.
Elliot
exactly what i was after
This is my go-to tea shop from now on.
Jesse
the black teas are amazing
I’ve bought from a handful of online tea shops and this one is the best by a wide margin. The black teas in my sample pack were fantastic. Bold, fresh, exactly what you hope for in a morning cup. Quick delivery and great prices as well. Already saved the site for my next order.
Ricky
give it a go
Best tea at the best prices around. The sample pack is the obvious place to start. All six teas were fragrant and fresh. Arrived sooner than I expected. Thank you!
Abigail
the loose leaf won me over
I’ve bought a lot of tea online and usually stick to tea bags. Decided to try this loose leaf sample pack for a change. I’ve never had loose leaf this fresh and consistent. All six teas were outstanding. The packaging was airtight and everything arrived in perfect shape. If you’re a tea bag person thinking about switching to loose leaf, don’t hesitate. This shop does it right. Customer for life here.
Ray
told all my friends
Best value I’ve found anywhere online for loose leaf tea. All six teas in the pack were fresh and full of flavor. Delivery was really quick. I’ve already told four friends about this shop and two of them have placed orders. Thanks so much!
Phil D.
Smart place to start
Best prices and best quality I’ve come across so far. The sample pack is an easy choice for anyone new to this shop. All six were fresh and full of flavor… Thank you to the team
Conrad
better than the supermarket every time
I’ve bought plenty of tea from supermarkets and local stores over the years. Never have I found the quality and variety that comes in this sample pack. Six teas, every one better than anything on my local shelves and for a fraction of the price. Skip the supermarket aisle and order from this shop instead. You won’t regret it.
Sheena
great all around
Really lovely teas.. overall very happy with all six. especially love the jasmine green!
Wayne T.
the white teas are something else
Great tea overall. The white teas in this pack were wonderful, delicate and so fresh. I already know exactly what I’m ordering next. Thank you!
Clarence
from doubter to regular
Honestly I was pretty doubtful at first. The prices looked too low and the reviews looked too glowing. Ordered the sample pack anyway just to find out. Every one of the six teas was excellent. Fresh, fragrant, sealed properly and delivered fast. No idea how they manage it at this price but I’m not complaining. I’ll just keep ordering.
Brenda T.
Found where to start
Been hopping between diferent tea shops for years and never really sticking with one. A friend recommended this one so I thought id try the sample pack before spending more. Six teas, all excelent, and now I can stop searching
Angie M.
couldnt pick so tried them all
I’ve bought from a few different tea shops before this one and nothing comes close. I went back and forth for weeks on which tea to get and finally just gave up and ordered the sample pack. Best call I’ve made in a while. All six teas were excellent. The oolong is incredible. My next order is already in the cart and it’s a big bag of it. You guys are awesome, seriously.
Patrice Bolt
just what i wanted
Best loose leaf I’ve tasted in ages.
Glen P.
Four stars, wish the samples were bigger
Quality across all six teas was genuinely great and the flavor was there in every one. Only four stars because I’d personally like a bit more of each tea in the pack. 100g gives you a good feel but I kept wanting a few more pots of each before committing to a full-size bag. Delivery was really quick though, and the first-order discount was a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering again.
Marcus
Fresh as soon as you open it
Opened the first bag and could tell straight away this was quality leaf. All six were the same. Really happy with this purchase. Already know which one I’m buying full size next.
Norma P.
Lovely introduction
Really consistent quality across all six teas.
Pete R.
A lucky find
Came across this shop totally by chance and ordered the sample pack on a whim. One of those lucky finds you really appreciate. All six teas were excellent and delivery was quicker than I expected.
Phill Jakson.

Marcy
Simply wow
I’ve ordered from so many tea shops over the years and I’ve never come across a sample pack like this one. Six loose leaf teas, every one of them genuinely good, delivered fast and at a price that makes the fancy tea stores look like a rip off. The white peony is my favorite so far but honestly all six were impressive. You just won a customer for life, thank you so much.
Donna
Samples that make you want more samples
I usually drink green tea and only green tea. The variety in this pack nudged me toward teas I’d never have picked on my own. Tried all six and found two new favorites. I suspect that’s exactly the plan. Love the price too.
Walt Grimes
Tried it and went bigger right away
I bought the sample pack to try this shop before spending more. Mistake ordering small because now I know waht I was missing. All six teas were excelent. I placed a big order of two of them before I’d even finished the thrid sample. Shiping was super fast too. This shop is the real deal, dont bother looking anywere else
Dennis W.
Great way to try a new tea shop
My usual tea shop kept putting its prices up. Read about this one and didn’t want to place a big order without trying it first. The sample pack was the obvious choice. All six teas were excellent. I’d ordered full-size bags before I’d even finished the last sample.
Sharon
Six teas from this shop vs what I used to buy locally
Honestly not even comparable. This shop wins with every tea in the pack. Flavor, freshness, consistency. The little extra samples tucked into the parcel were a lovely bonus too.
Phil G.
Exactly as described
Six lovely teas, quick delivery, fair price.
Nicole
Smart first order
Wanted to try this shop withoutt commiting to a big order. The sample pack was the obvious choise. All six teas were impresssive and I could taste the quality imediatley in the very first cup. Already planning my first full-size order and I know exactly wich teas are going in it
Renee
perfect place to start
first time buying loose leaf tea and this sample pack was the perfect way to start. the team answered all my questions before i even placed the order. all six arrived quickly and were really high quality. already planning my first big order
Leonard B.
Question answered for good
I’d tried sample packs from two other tea sellers before this. Both were disappointing in different ways. This pack had six teas that were all genuinely excellent. Going back to my favorite from here after those others made it obvious why nothing else had measured up. The quality is on another level.
Dylan R.
Perfect starter pack
Honestly the best way to get started with this shop. All six teas were great and delivery was really quick. Already know what I’m buying next
Greg
Still making my way through it
Good tea. Brews so well that 100g of each lasts longer than I expected since you can resteep the leaves. Nice problem to have. Already planning my next order.
Walt
Tried plenty of shops, sticking with this one
Went through five or six tea sellers before finding this one. Everything about the sample pack was simply better. More flavor, better prices, quicker delivery. I’m staying put.
Reg H.
New to loose leaf, great start
Lovely teas across all six in the pack. Great customer service too. overall really impressed for my first ever loose leaf order. Delivery was super quick as well. Love the green teas!
Donna R.
Don't bother looking elsewhere
I honestly can’t see why anyone would buy tea from the supermarket once they’ve tried this sample pack. All six teas were wonderful and everything from ordering to delivery felt smooth and professional. The team runs a great shop.
Todd B.

No idea how they manage it
The quality, the price, how quickly it ships. All six teas in the sample pack were excellent. I’ve tried tea from a lot of places and nothing comes close to this shop. Thank you so much!!
