Earl Grey stands among the most celebrated cups in the tea world, earning its fame through nearly two centuries of British blending tradition — brisk black leaves lifted by the bright citrus perfume of bergamot. It’s the rare tea that everyone recognizes by scent alone: open the tin and the whole room knows what’s steeping.
The “Earl” in the name is no invention — the blend really is named after a Prime Minister, Earl Charles Grey, making this quite literally a tea with a title. Around that aristocrat gathers the rest of our flavored family: cream-soft vanilla blacks, toasty caramel blends, and berry-brightened cups — every one built on the same quality leaf as our plain blacks, flavored with real ingredients, and finished to pour beautifully with milk, lemon, or nothing at all.

Not usually one for reviews but 5 orders in, I’m convinced. I never worry about shipping or prices anymore. The Earl Grey is consistent every time – smooth and fragrant just how I like it (trust me, I’ve tried them all). Finding this shop was a lucky break. I can’t afford to waste money and they make good tea affordable. Nobody beats this value. Plus jelly beans! Truly grateful to the whole team.

My everyday tea now. The quality here blows away any other shop I’ve tried. Had to buy from somewhere else once – total waste of money. Used twice the leaves from that other tea and it still tasted like nothing. This shop is still unbeatable.

relly impressed with this earl grey. The bergamot is incredible. I use fewer leaves than usual because the flavor is so bold. but what really stood out was when I had a small payment problem, the owner personally helped me fix it. You don’t get service like that everywhere.

So Glad I Found This Shop
I don’t normally write reviews, especially after only a couple of orders. But I’ve ordered here about 3 times now and I never worry about delivery times or postage costs anymore. The Earl Grey has never let me down. It’s really smooth and exactly the cup I’m after (and believe me, plenty aren’t!) I feel lucky I found this shop – not sure what I’d be drinking otherwise. I can’t justify spending a fortune on tea without feeling guilty about it. This shop means I can actually afford good loose leaf. Nobody else offers this kind of quality at these prices, and you get the little jellybeans too. Lol. Genuinely grateful to everyone there!

Just My Kind of Cup
Hi all. I’ve been ordering from this shop for roughly three months now. Not a single problem in that time – parcels always turn up quickly and the tea is always excellent. I’ve tried a few other tea sellers now and then, just to compare and see if I’m missing something better, but honestly I always end up back here.
Their Earl Grey especially is what I make in the afternoons. The bergamot has more depth than the usual supermarket versions – nothing wrong with those, it’s just what suits my taste.
So if you’ve been thinking about ordering here but haven’t taken the plunge yet, I’d definitely say give them a go.

First of all, FANTASTIC customer service, that alone deserves five stars, I placed my order yesterday morning and saw on my email receipt I’d picked plain black tea instead of Earl Grey, I emailed and they fixed it for me at no extra cost or fuss !! I got the Earl Grey and brewed it this morning and I really like it, it’s bold – honestly the best Earl Grey I’ve ever had ! Also, I mentioned in my order notes that I find loose leaf a bit fiddly so I was thankful they offer pyramid bags and they sent my free samples as tea bags ! I’m so grateful! They go above and beyond here and I’ll keep shopping here ! Thank you !

really good Earl Grey
This has become my everyday Earl Grey. This shop has some of the best flavoured tea I’ve found in the country, no question. I ordered from another seller I’d used before just to compare. Their Earl Grey was basically flat – hardly any bergamot at all. I even used double the leaf and could still barely taste it. These folks are among the best around, easily.

I take EVERY review online- positive or negative- with a big pinch of salt since taste is so personal. Apart from price and delivery speed, it’s almost impossible to know how much you’ll like a tea or how genuine a review is. I’ve bought my tea from a local tea shop for years, and while I still try other sellers fairly often to see what’s out there, I hadn’t found anything that matched my usual shop, and only one Earl Grey had ever really suited me. I wish I’d tried this shop sooner, but I’m so glad I finally did! The Earl Grey is wonderful and the samples are really generous. I loved the jelly beans in my parcel, such a nice touch. I ordered late Thursday night and it arrived this (Monday) morning! 10/10, my first order couldn’t have gone better and I’ll definitely be back.
