Masala chai stands as the most beloved tea preparation on earth, born not in remote gardens but on the street corners and railway platforms of India. Start to finish this has been one of the nicest shopping experiences I’ve had with a tea shop. The chai is beautifully packaged and obviously handled with care. I’ve ordered from quite a few tea shops over the years and this one has quickly become my favorite. The Masala Chai is excellent, with real cardamom, cinnamon and clove coming through, the packaging is lovely, and the shipping is honestly hard to beat – the parcel was at my door about 42 hours after I ordered. They also tuck in a few sweets and usually a free sample of another tea, which makes every order feel a little special. Small touches like that really make a difference.

I’ve tried SO many chai blends from so many shops, and this Masala Chai is seriously a game changer!! The spices are clean and balanced and it brews up so smooth. I actually ordered a big bag without trying a small one first, which I never do lol, but I am SO glad I took the chance! This stuff is legit amazing. I’m really pleased with how quickly my orders show up. And the tea is great. Just tried the Masala Chai and I’m loving this one too. I’ve been drinking chai for more than 10 years and have tried just about every blend, spice mix, etc. By now most of them taste pretty similar to me, but this one really stood out. I’m amazed by how good it is. The best quality and price I ever found was from a small seller whose family grew and blended their own spices. We lost touch and I never found another shop that came close…Until I found this one. I can’t put into words how wonderful this shop is. They are the very definition of outstanding customer service and even that undersells them. The tea they sell is simply the best around, no question. When I say the best, I mean it. I don’t know how they manage it, from the tea to the service, I’m truly grateful for this shop.
